Orders, Returns, and Warranty Policy

Placing an Order: Orders may be placed online through www.shanzayali.com. All customers must ensure the accuracy of personal and payment information provided.

Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent after order placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or altered garments

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process: To initiate a return, email returns@shanzayali.com with your order number and reason. Our team will provide return instructions.

Warranty Policy: We guarantee the quality of all stitched garments for up to 30 days against stitching defects only. This limited warranty excludes damage from misuse, mishandling, or washing errors.

Applicable Laws:

  • Sale of Goods Act 1930 (Pakistan)

  • Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002

  • Pakistan Consumer Protection Laws (provincial)

  • The International Sale of Goods Convention (where applicable)

  • Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (for European buyers)

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. In cases of international trade, arbitration under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) may apply.
